Testing, testing… does anyone still read this?!

I have been absent for a while... So much has changed in my personal and professional life since I last wrote.

The main thing I want to share is that I started a snack food company called Frühling!

We make superfood snacks using the highest quality ingredients, many of which we source directly from small organic farms in places like Sicily.
